Site Evaluations

A complete site evaluation is the foundation of every On-Site Sewage Facility (OSSF) design. This process carefully documents the soil characteristics and site conditions for each tract of land where a system will be installed.

As a TCEQ Licensed Site Evaluator, I conduct soil borings, identify restrictive horizons, evaluate drainage patterns, slope, and available area, and record all other factors that influence system suitability. The result is a detailed report that meets all Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) requirements.

This report not only provides the evaluation criteria required by the TCEQ but also becomes part of the official planning materials submitted with your permit application. By taking the time to evaluate each property thoroughly, I ensure that every design begins with accurate data — which leads to a system that is compliant, efficient, and built for long-term performance.

Professional Designs

After completing a detailed site evaluation, I work directly with property owners to select the septic system best suited for their needs. Every property and every family or business is different — soil conditions, available space, long-term maintenance, and local regulations all play a role.

I’ll ask questions about how the property will be used, the number of people it will serve, and the owner’s preferences for operation and upkeep. With that information, I design a system that is not only compliant with Texas OSSF rules but also dependable and efficient for many years to come.

Whether the right choice is an aerobic treatment unit, a conventional system, a low-pressure dosing system, or a drip irrigation system, my goal is always the same: to provide a design that balances cost, performance, and long-term reliability. Each design is tailored to the site, the soil, and the owner — so the system will perform properly and protect both the investment and the environment.
